Seoul SK (Choi Joon-yong), Anyang KGC (Moon Sung-gon), Suwon KT (Yang Hong-seok), and Daegu KOGAS (Jung Hyo-geun) opted for cash compensation for their respective transfers in the 2023 KBL Free Agent Compensation Designation Rights exercise.
